2. Identification of the material previously removed or disabled and its location before removal.
3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your contact information and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court in your location, or if you are outside the U.S., then you consent to the jurisdiction of any judicial district in which the service provider may be found.

Repeat Infringers

LoreKeepers.io reserves the right to terminate user accounts or access for repeat infringers or those repeatedly accused of infringement.

Good Faith and Accuracy
